Our Staff

Ryan Longmuir, our Managing Director, takes a hand-on approach and has cultivated a team of highly motivated and skilled staff who are only too happy to tailor a package to each client’s taste and budget. We have 12 full time staff and 38 part time staff who are on hand. Each staff member brings a wealth of experience - from chefs who have worked in some of the best restaurants in Scotland, to experienced event managers and friendly personable waiting staff. Being a family run company we have an enviable reputation of delivering what we promise, by employing enthusiastic positive people, who we empower to manage and drive our business forward, knowing that they have a superb support team behind them to help deliver the promise.

Our Facility

We moved to a new factory unit in Cumbernauld with over 5000 sq ft of showroom, office accommodation, state of the art kitchen and storage space. When we purchased the building it was an empty shell, but through many hours of liaising with planners, architect’s, food hygiene officers, builders and tradesmen’s we created the perfect space. Along with our facility have 4 refrigerated vans which allows us to get the food out safely.
