Our Suppliers

One thing that sets Regis apart is our dedication to serving only the highest quality food, but offering a range of unique menus. This is due to the fact that we use the finest seasonal ingredients and source the best produce available to us. We serve only locally sourced Scottish Beef and Lamb. We are supplied from Paul's Quality Butchers, a local independent company who have received many awards, not least Butcher of the Year 2007. This meat has all been reared on natural Scottish pastures, and is traceable back to its point of origin. The meat is hung for 21 days and then cut by butchers using time honoured traditions. Our Fish comes from the Loch Fyne Oyster Company, which specialises no only in fish of the highest quality but also the sustainability of it. Our fruit and vegetables come from the Fresh Food company based in Cumbernauld, who also supply our dairy which comes from Graham’s Dairies a family run dairy in Stirling.
