As we live in Scotland, we understand better than most, that no party or event is complete without a little tipple! This ranges from pairing wine with the dishes for your corporate dinner, or a creating a signature cocktail for the new office opening.
Our mixologists have the skill and passion to create an unforgettable experience for clients and event guests alike. We are able to create a customised and personalised wedding bar with selection of local real ales and variety of high quality branded spirits. We pride ourselves in our selection of malt whiskies and stock a range from each Malt producing area of Scotland, which always proves to be a hit with our foreign guests.

Polivert-Jacques Champagne - £30.00 + VAT
A subtle and elegant wine with floral aromas. On the palate, a freshness and harmony. Best served as an apéritif but can be enjoyed throughout the meal.
Maillart Brut Platine Champagne - £38.00 + VAT
Intense aromas of fruit and toasty hazelnuts. Wonderfully fresh and fruity with great finesse. Can be enjoyed on its own as an apéritif or with oysters or seafood.
Maillart Grand Cru Rosé Champagne - £45.00 + VAT
A superb rosé that offeres summer red berry fruit flavours in abundance, backed up by a delicate mousse and lasting finish. Best enjoyed on its own as an apéritif or with oysters or seafood.
Louis Roederer Brut Champagne - £50.00 + VAT
Vibrant, fresh and generous with long lasting, rounded, rich and complex flavours. Best enjoyed with shellfish, crab and lobster.
Castell Llord Cava Brut Nature Reserve - £14.00 + VAT
Soft, creamy sparkler from Northern Spain. Zesty, fresh fruit and a wonderfully clean, dry finish. Enjoy with shellfish, lean fish, cured meats or on its own as an apéritif.
Jaume Serra Cava Rosado Brut - £15.00 + VAT
Appetising aromas of ripe red fruits. Refreshing, full flavoured and dry. Best served with shellfish, lean fish, cured meats or on its own as an apéritif.
Barocco Proseco Spumante - £16.00 + VAT
Well-balanced with plenty of peachy fruit and a gentle mouthfeel leading into a delicate, light finish. Perfect on its own or enjoy with fish, shellfish and delicate starters.
House White - Las Condes Sauvignon Blac - £15.00 + VAT
Intensely floral with elderflower notes and a grassy quality. The palate reflects the same fruit profile with crisp acidity and a touch of citrus acidity on the finish. This is a dry white with medium-body. Best served with fish, salads or chicken.
Mandato Grillo - £15.50 + VAT
Vibrant with floral aromas. Well-balanced on the palate and easy drinking. Pairs will with shellfish, vegetarian dishes and snacks.
Ca'Lunghetta Pinot Grigio - £15.50 + VAT
An excellent example of Pinot Grigio that is fuller in the mouth then most other Italian Pinot Grigios. This has good weight, minerality and stoe fruit flavours on the palate and finish. Excellent with fish dishes, mushroom dishes and lasagne.
Domaine Combe Rouge Picpoul de Pinet - £17.00 + VAT
A dry white with a light and delicate style, pale gold colour and fresh, fruity aromas that leads into a refreshing palate. Best served with a variety of fish dishes, including mussels, lobster, grilled prawns in garlic oil.
Franschhoek Cellar 'Statue de Femme' Sauvignon Blanc - £17.00 + VAT
Expressive tropical aromas tinged with capsicum open up to attractive Cape gooseberry, grapefruit and pineapple fruit flavours. These are balanced by a lively but gentle coated acidity that follow through to a beautifully fresh finish of pleasing length. A delicious accompaniment to prawns on the braai, teriyaki salmon, creamy mussels or chicken.
The Boundary Hut Sauvignon Blanc - £17.00 + VAT
A nose full of ripe capsicums gooseberries and lime followed by flinty notes of tomato leaf. A round but crisp palate with a nice backbone of acidity. Perfect on it's own, but equally good with seafood or cold meat platters.
Domaine du Colombier Petit Chablis - £25.00 + VAT
A clear wine - very fruity, dry and light with plenty of freshness. Best paired with shellfish and seafood.
House Red - Las Condes Merlot - £15.00 + VAT
An attractive nose with ripe red and stone fruits overlaid with a herbal quality. On the palate, these develop toshow ripe plum and prune flavours with an accessible structure.
Castelforte Corvina - £17.00 + VAT
Dry and full-bodies. It shows a scent of black cherries and ripe blackberries with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Enjoy with red meats, game and mature cheese.
Vina Amate Rioja Joven - £17.00 + VAT
A simple but very enjoyable example of a young Rioja. An easy-drinking wine with bright, fruity notes of black cherry and plum. Enjoy with Spanish hams and cheeses.
Susana Balbo 'Anubis' Oak Aged Malbec - £19.00 + VAT
A full-bodied wine with ripe fruit aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry and vanilla, Complex and structured on the palate with soft, ripe tannin and an explosion of fruit leading to a velvety finish. Pairs well with beef, lamb or poultry.
Goyenechea Malbec - £18.00 + VAT
Good fruit and rich flavours combine with the tannins in the well-structured wine. An excellent example of what Argentina is capable of. Great with steaks, barbecues and pasta.
Katherine Hills Shiraz - £15.50 + VAT
Lifted aromas of dark cherry with blackberry overtones complemented by hints of spice. Soft and velvety in texture, this wine displays ripe dark fruits, plum and blackcurrant with good palate weight and length. Well-balanced with fine, lingering tannins. Perfect with roast duck in plum sauce
Vina Amate Rioja Reserve - £19.00 + VAT
Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 18 months in bottle creates a silky smooth wine with aromas of raisins, vanilla and leather. Pairs well with roast beef, lamb or partridge.
